• Eligibility: To qualify for a return, the product must be in its original packaging, unopened, and unused.
• Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at care@jgnbiotech.com within 30 days of receiving your product with your order number and details of your return request. We will provide further instructions on how to send back your item(s).
• Shipping: You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the returned item back to us, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at care@jgnbiotech.com with photos and a detailed description of the issue. We will work quickly to either replace the product or issue a refund at no cost to you.

• Defect or Damage Claims: Please report damaged or defective products within 7 days of receiving your order. Any claims made after this period may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
